My absolute favourite winter dish to make is homemade pappardelle with butternut squash, mushrooms, and spinach.
What are you watching, listening to and reading at the moment?
At the moment I'm reading The Company I Keep: My Life in Beauty by Leonard A. Lauder. A brilliant read and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is a manager in the retail/ beauty industry or has a general interest in the business journey of iconic companies. Two great podcasts that I am currently listening to are How I Built This and the BOF (Business of Fashion).
What is your advice during lockdown?
My best advice during lockdown is to stay connected with friends, family, and your community.
What item can you never go without in your bag?
My poucher and kindle of course!

Having a serious moment with capers. If you bake/fry them they go crunchy and are delicious on top of almost anything!

Amelia, our Armadale 2IC, has got me onto The Early Bird Show on NTS Radio and it's perfect for all the walking I've been doing in lockdown.
What is your advice during lockdown?
Get outside! Changes the game for mental clarity.
What item can you never go without in your bag?
Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask and Le Labo hand cream!

I love to bake and my speciality is my triple chocolate chunk cookies.

I make a great homemade pizza. Mushrooms, onions, capsicum, spinach, sundried tomatoes, mozzarella with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar on top and you can’t go wrong. #chefskiss

Currently reading a book called Out of Africa and my go to song is I found my smile again by D’Angelo.
What is your advice during lockdown?
Pick up a new hobby or try something new. Set some time aside for yourself.
What item can you never go without in your bag?
Hand cream and lip balm will always be in my bag.
