The approximate delivery time provided are estimates only and exclude any courier delays, processing time and public holidays.

All shipments are tracked and require a signature upon delivery unless specified otherwise and at the customers liability and risk.

All orders are processed in our Auckland head office as soon as possible within standard business hours and are dispatched within three business days, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. High sales volumes, public holidays and weekends may affect delivery times. We operate usual business hours, Monday to Friday with the exception of NZ Public Holidays. Couriers usually operate between 8am – 6pm on business days.

All shipments are tracked, with all relevant tracking information emailed to the customer via the email address provided upon dispatch.

At this time we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. Please supply a physical address at checkout where someone will be present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9am - 5pm on standard business days. Any item that is redirected or has an incorrect address provided by the customer will incur a delay in the delivery timeframe and may incur an extra charge at the customers cost.

NZ Post Social Distancing Delivery Policy

 Delivery on Signature Required Product

NZ Post couriers (including CourierPost and Pace) will knock on the door as usual and step back two metres (or as far back as safe). They will wait for someone to come to the door and greet them as usual. They will then ask for the recipient’s name (to record proof of delivery) and leave the parcel on the doorstep. The person receiving the parcel will not sign for the delivery directly.  

If no one comes to the door and there is no Parcel Leave service in place, the courier will follow the standard process which is to leave a card to call, with details of the delivery and return the parcel to depot. 

 

Delivery on Non-Signature Required Product  

NZ Post couriers (including CourierPost and Pace) will knock on the door as usual and step back two metres (or as far back as safe). They will wait for someone to come to the door and greet them as usual. If no one comes to the door, the courier will follow the standard process which is to leave the item in a safe place or leave a card to call and return to depot if there is no safe place. 

Overnight Delivery NZ and AUS (SYD/MEL)

Overnight service will apply to NZ & AU (Sydney and Melbourne only) for orders placed prior to 11am NZDT, as long as item is available at fulfilment source*

Standard delivery times applies for other Australian regions. The service is unavailable for rural and international deliveries.

Auckland Urgent 2hr Delivery

Any order over $150 NZD made prior to 11am (NZST) Monday - Friday that is for delivery within Torbay and Papakura in Auckland, New Zealand, can select an Auckland Urgent 2hr Delivery service for an additional $15 NZD at checkout. Please leave a valid phone number at checkout and any delivery instructions. Any re delivery due to incorrect delivery information or customer unavailability at the time of delivery will be at the customer's cost. Our Urgent courier 2 hour service is subject to stock availability and to courier company timeframes and delays. 

Urgent Auckland Tonight Delivery

3.Select your local store, check stock availability and confirm your order.
4.Receive an email notification when your order is ready to be collected.
5.Collect in-store

*Same day  Click & Collect service is available on orders that state ‘In stock, pick up today’.  If your item is out of stock in your selected store, click and collect will not be available, however you can still select the "free delivery" option and receive your parcel at home.


^Click & Collect will only be available at checkout if all items in your basket are available for Click & Collect.

In the unfortunate event that your selected store is unable to fill your order, you will be contacted by our customer service team to provide alternative options.
When collecting your order in-store, you will need to show a copy of the collection email notification. You may also be asked to show photo ID at the point of collection.
Our online returns policy applies to all purchases made online, regardless of whether they are delivered or collected in-store.

 

 

Online Returns

Free returns within 30 days.

To proceed with a return or an exchange please fill out our form online here and select returns. 

If you would like to return an item or items purchased online from www.deadlyponies.com you may do so within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.*  All items returned must be in perfect and unused condition, and returned with their original packaging, including any dust bags, gift boxes, swing tags and all corresponding accessories. Proof of purchase must be provided and delivery dates will be checked to ensure the item was delivered within the last 30 days.  It is essential that if you would like to return your purchase that contact is made with the customer service team via the contact form or emailing shop@deadlyponies.com within or prior to the end of the 30 day period. Returning an item is at the customers risk and items lost in transit will not be compensated for.

The Returns & Exchange policy only applies to item(s) purchase from Deadly Ponies. If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased from one of our stockists you will need to organise this directly with them, as per their terms. 

Deadly Ponies Jewellery, distinct items or any item that is bespoke, has been monogrammed, customised, or part of a pre order or promotional deal are unable to be returned unless deemed faulty in which we will fulfil our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

ONLINE REFUNDS
Items purchased online from deadlyponies.com may be returned for a refund if the above return conditions are met.

Your refund will be processed within five working days of Deadly Ponies receiving and approving the return. Deadly Ponies will refund the amount paid (excluding any return delivery costs) to your credit card or PayPal account, with which you made the original payment. Only the original purchaser of the product(s) can request a return, as the refund will be directly made to the card with which the payment was made. Your refund may take 1 - 3 working days to show as a refund on your credit card or Paypal account.

If your order has been sent within New Zealand, all sales taxes will be refunded. Deadly Ponies is not able to refund customs duties and taxes on orders shipped outside NZ. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

The cost of freight charged to Deadly Ponies by the freight company will be considered and may at the discretion of Deadly Ponies be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Deadly Ponies will not be responsible or liable if any item(s) you wish to return to Deadly Ponies’ online store, is lost, misdirected or delivered late or damaged in transit. The customer must bear the risks of returning their purchase. With this in mind Deadly Ponies would consider anything less than a tracked courier inadequate for handling product of this value.

Deadly Ponies offline stores do not offer refunds on any product(s) acquired from the Deadly Ponies online store. These items would need to be returned by filling out the returns form here and the item received by Deadly Ponies before the refund can take place.

AFTERPAY
Any item purchased online at deadlyponies.com and paid through Afterpay can be returned for a refund as per the above online returns policy, however items can only be exchanged for an item of the same value.

 

In-Store Returns

RETURNS
Any item that is purchased in store or over the phone via our Deadly Ponies stores, can be returned for an exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. All items must be in perfect and unused condition, and returned with their original packaging, including any dust bags, gift boxes, swing tags and all corresponding accessories. Proof of purchase must be provided to ensure the item was purchased within the last 30 days. During the current business conditions, please fill out our form online here and select returns. Alternatively please feel free to get in contact with one of our LiveChat consultants (at the bottom right corner of this page) should you have any further questions as or stores are currently closed.

Exchanges are subject to availability and can only be exchanged for item(s) within the same collection or season as the item originally purchased. Any remaining funds will be credited to your account and will be redeemable for 12 months from the exchange date.

Refunds are not offered for any in store (or over the phone) purchase.

Items that have been monogrammed, customised, or part of a pre order or promotional deal are unable to be returned for an exchange unless deemed faulty in which we will fulfil our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

LAYBY
Deadly Ponies offers laybys in store only. You can layby any product of full price in store. There is a minimum deposit required of 30%. The balance is to be paid within four weeks.  In the case of a cancellation, the 30% deposit will not be refunded by Deadly Ponies and will be held as an administrative fee.

Afterpay: Any item purchased In-stores and paid through Afterpay can be returned for a refund as per the above in-stores returns policy, however items can only be exchanged for an item of the same value.

Exchanges

Items purchased online from deadlyponies.com may be returned for an exchange if the above return conditions are met. Exchanges can not be processed in a Deadly Ponies store for items that were purchased online at deadlyponies.com. You must return your item by filling in the returns form here and selecting exchange.

Exchanges are subject to availability and can only be exchanged for item(s) within the same collection or season as the item originally purchased. It is essential that if you would like to return or exchange your purchase that contact is made with the customer service team via email hello@deadlyponies.com within or prior to the end of the 30 day period.
