Taking its moniker from The Flying Horse of Gansu, a bronze statue from the Chinese Province of Gansu in the Han period, the Gansu Slide - Shearling is handcrafted from Shearling, Lamb leather and a moulded rubber sole. Three bands of Shearling are wrapped around to create the twisted upper, playing with symmetry and providing comfort built for longevity. A rubber heel detail is designed for extra grip, and embossed logos feature on both the sole and footbed, with all leather sourced from certified gold leather working group partners. Designed by Founder and Creative Director, Liam Bowden, and constructed by our approved partners, the newest members of the Deadly Ponies stable are exemplars of our signature hallmarks - timeless, enduring, and recognisably unique.
