ONLINE FRAUD PREVENTION

Should our system detect a high risk of fraud when processing your online order, out of an abundance of caution, your order will immediately be cancelled and refunded to your original payment method.

This measure is in place to protect our customers from any attempts at fraud.

If you feel we have cancelled your order in error and you wish to place it again, please do so, but ensure that your billing and shipping details are up-to-date, and match all details on your card at checkout.
