The first time you log in to deadlyponies.com after July 24th 2023, you will need to activate your account on our new website by clicking Sign Up. Enter the email from your existing Deadly Ponies account to create a new password and access your dashboard & loyalty points.

Once you are at the checkout, you can apply a gift voucher or discount code in the discount window, then select ‘apply’. If the discount amount has not been taken off your total, the code has not applied correctly.

If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer free returns within 30 days. You are able to return your items via courier with our online returns portal here.

If you wish to return your order in store you do not need to submit via the portal, just head into your closest Deadly Ponies store with your items and proof of purchase and our support staff will be able to process your return as long as return conditions are met.
