Deadly Ponies does not store any financial information provided to us by our customers. All credit card transactions on our online store are securely processed by Shopify Payments and in-store by Windcave (NZ) or Stripe (AU).  


All web servers track basic information about their visitors. This information includes, but is not limited to, IP addresses, browser details, timestamps and referring pages. None of this information can personally identify specific visitors to this site. The information is tracked for routine administration and maintenance purposes.

We use both Google Analytics and Inspectlet to help tailor and enhance the customer experience on deadlyponies.com. The data collected and stored includes but is not limited to, URL referral, country, time zones, browser, device, screen size, user last seen date, mouse and keyboard activity and html content that is not marked as sensitive. None of this information can personally identify specific visitors to this site.


Where necessary, deadlyponies.com uses cookies to store information about a visitor's preferences and history in order to better serve the visitor and/or present the visitor with customised content.
