Deadly Ponies conforms with the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993 (‘the Act’) and ensures to the best of their ability that all products are of an acceptable quality as defined in the Act as being:

  1. Acceptable in appearance and finish;
  2. Free of small faults;
  3. Fit for all the purposes it is normally used for;
  4. Safe to use; and
  5. Durable

If an article purchased from Deadly Ponies is faulty, Deadly Ponies will, as appropriate, repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, free of charge for the consumer. Deadly Ponies will address non-conformities within a period of 1 year after the date of purchase. Deadly Ponies will reject returns without adequate proof of purchase. Customers and users will have a maximum period of 2 months to resolve the non-conformity with Deadly Ponies. Products still in possession of Deadly Ponies exceeding 2 months will be returned to the customers at which point any liability on the part of Deadly Ponies will cease.

Items purchased from an authorised Deadly Ponies Retail Stockist must be returned directly to the place of purchase.

Any article described as faulty will be assessed and at Deadly Ponies discretion deemed faulty or not. Wear and tear, age and general use will not be considered as a fault and could be considered for a rejuvenation procedure or other repair process by our Product Specialist for a cost to the consumer. A fault or non-conformity with a product will be confirmed after evaluation by our Manufacturing & Product specialists.
