Gift Vouchers

Deadly Ponies gift vouchers purchased online can only be issued in digital form and are redeemable online and in-store, vouchers purchased in-store can only be issued in physical form and are redeemable in-store and online. 

If you wish to redeem your voucher online at deadlyponies.com the unique gift voucher number must be applied at checkout, this responsibility is with the customer. To redeem in-store, the gift vouchers unique code must be presented to the staff member at the checkout. 

Gift vouchers are redeemable only in the currency they are purchased in and cannot be transferred to an alternate currency. 

Gift vouchers are activated at the time of purchase and remain valid for a period of 12 months unless specified otherwise. Any remaining balance on expiry will not be available for use.

Whole or partially redeemed gift vouchers cannot be cancelled or refunded.

If the gift voucher is for a lesser amount then the desired purchase, the recipient is required to pay the difference at checkout via alternative payment methods.

Gift vouchers should be treated like cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Deadly Ponies does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen gift vouchers.

Items purchased with Deadly Ponies gift vouchers can be exchanged but not refunded.
