Promotional offers are valid for a limited time, and cannot be applied to previous purchases. Unless specified otherwise, discount codes are applicable to full-priced products only. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions. All discounts are applied before shipping (and tax in USD).

 

Xmas Karma 

1. Giveaway Period
 Deadly Ponies will post one (1) giveaway per day from 1 December 2025 to 12 December 2025.
 Each daily giveaway is open for entries from 10:00am to 12:00am (midnight) on the day it is posted.
 Entries submitted outside this timeframe will not be eligible.

2. How to Enter
 To enter a daily giveaway:

  • Tag a deserving friend in the comments of the giveaway post.

  • Both you and the person you nominate must be following @deadlyponies on the platform where the entry is made (Instagram or Facebook).

  • Each tagged comment counts as one (1) entry.

  • You may submit multiple entries by tagging different deserving people.

3. Daily Prize Draws
 A winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries across Instagram and Facebook for each day’s giveaway.


If your nominated friend wins a daily giveaway, you will be entered into a separate draw to win a $500 Deadly Ponies Gift Card, to be drawn at the end of the 12 Days of Xmas Karma promotion.

The gift card must be redeemed within 12 months of the issue date.

5. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted directly by the official @deadlyponies account via private message.
Winners must respond within 24 hours to claim their prize. If no response is received, Deadly Ponies reserves the right to redraw.
Winners will also be announced on the original giveaway post.

6. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to individuals with public or private accounts, provided both parties (entrant and nominee) are following @deadlyponies at the time of the draw.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

 

SPEND & SAVE 

For a limited time, purchase a single Deadly Ponies x Dan Arps candle for only $79 (save $70), on orders $499 and over. Simply add a candle to your cart, discount applied automatically on qualifying orders. Begins Saturday November 22, in stores and online. One offer per order. 

Available in conjunction with welcome offers. If a welcome code does not automatically apply off a second candle of the same scent, please contact hello@deadlyponies.com, and the difference will be refunded. 

 

SALE

All sale items are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Unauthorised returns will be sent back to the customer, at their own expense. Please note that due to the volume of orders, all sale orders will be shipped in eco packaging. Not available in conjunction with any other offers, with the exception of Club Box redemptions. Subject to change.

 

PRE-ORDERS

Styles may be offered for sale on pre-order. Please see the dispatch timeframe noted on the product page, as this may vary from item to item. You will be notified via email once your order is ready to ship.

 

MONOGRAMMING 

Monogramming Online:

Our Luggage Tags can also be purchased separately, and our custom monogramming service is available via deadlyponies.com and in-person at our Ponsonby flagship store. 

To have your Luggage Tag monogrammed online, simply add the monogramming product to your cart, alongside the Luggage Tag of your choice. Choose "add a note" in the slide-out cart, and let us know which 2-3 initials you would like.

Please note that due to the bespoke nature of this service, each item may take 5-7 business days to reach you once ordered. We are unable to honour returns or exchanges on monogrammed products, unless deemed faulty.

Monogramming In-Store:

Deadly Ponies' custom monogramming service is available in-person at our Ponsonby flagship store, Tuesday to Friday, with a 30 minute turn around.

Items purchased over the weekend or via our other store locations will be completed during operational hours, with a timeline of 5 days to be completed and dispatched.

Please note that due to the bespoke nature, all sales of monogrammed products are final. We are unable to honour returns or exchanges, unless deemed faulty.

 

PONY CLUB WELCOME REWARD

This offer entitles new Pony Club loyalty members to 10% off their next full-price order, with a minimum spend of $99. To redeem your offer, the unique code must be applied at checkout, or shown to a staff member in store.
