PONY CLUB LOYALTY PROGRAMME

LOYALTY SPEND
Loyalty spend includes full-price and sale purchases, inclusive of shipping and taxes. Loyalty spend is calculated as a customer’s lifetime spend with Deadly Ponies.
Returns, refunds, cancelled orders, or partial refunds will be deducted from your total loyalty spend and may result in a change to your Pony Club tier.
Your current spend and tier status can be viewed by logging into your customer account.
Gift Voucher purchases accrue loyalty benefits for the purchaser only. Gift Vouchers redeemed as a payment method do not accrue additional loyalty spend for the recipient.

PONY CLUB TIERS
No Tier: Customers with a lifetime spend under $750 NZD.
Pony Club: Customers with a lifetime spend of $750 NZD or more.
Gold: Customers with a lifetime spend of $1,500 NZD or more.
Black: Customers with a lifetime spend of $3,000 NZD or more.

TIER ELIGIBILITY
The higher your lifetime spend, the higher your Pony Club tier.
Once you enter a new tier, you will remain within that tier unless returns or refunds reduce your total lifetime spend below the tier threshold, in which case your tier status may decrease accordingly.
Deadly Ponies reserves the right to review, adjust, or remove tier status where misuse or breaches are identified.

LOYALTY REWARDS & BENEFITS
Pony Club members may receive access to exclusive promotions, product launches, member-only rewards, and early access opportunities throughout the year. Not all collections or product launches will include early access benefits.
Loyalty rewards vary between tiers and are offered at the discretion of Deadly Ponies. 

WELCOME REWARDS
Pony Club Welcome Reward: Receive a welcome voucher valid on purchases of $299 NZD or more. Voucher valid for 6 months from date of issue.
Gold Welcome Reward: Receive a welcome voucher valid on purchases of $399 NZD or more. Voucher valid for 6 months from date of issue.
Black Welcome Reward: Eligible members will receive an invitation to redeem an exclusive tier gift. Gifts are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and redeemable with purchases over $99 NZD.
Welcome rewards are limited to one per customer per tier entry and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.

BIRTHDAY REWARDS
Birthday rewards are available once annually to Pony Club Gold, Black, and Diamond members only.
Eligible members will receive a 15% birthday reward, redeemable on full-price purchases of $299 NZD or more. Birthday rewards are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Customers must have a valid birth date registered against their account prior to reward issuance. Deadly Ponies reserves the right to withhold or cancel birthday rewards where fraudulent birth date changes are identified.
Birthday rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated.
