The Deadly Ponies Loyalty programme launched on July 24th 2023. All purchases and interactions through your account on or after this date will be included in your order history and available to view in both your Deadly Ponies account and Pony Club loyalty account. We have converted your Deadly Ponies balance as of January 1st 2023 into our new loyalty programme as points, you are able to login to your Pony Club account to view your current balance here

 

LOYALTY POINTS

Earn 1 point for every dollar spent, points can be earned by making a purchase online at deadlyponies.com or in-store at any of our locations across New Zealand and Australia. You can also earn points for completing other activities such as creating an account or referring a friend. Bonus points offers may be offered from time to time in that circumstance the bonus points offer would apply. Spend excludes service and delivery charges, any returns or refunds will be deducted from your points balance upon the refund or return being processed. Points are updated overnight and will be available to view in your account.

Points may not be combined with another account, or transferred to another person. If you think you may have more than one active customer account, please contact us at hello@deadlyponies.com and we can look into this for you. 

 

LOYALTY TIERS

Pony Club is Split into three levels, your level is based on your total spend at Deadly Ponies within one year. The higher your spend, the higher your level. Your total spend is your full account spend within a year that includes full-priced and sale purchases both in-store and online at deadlyponies.com

Once you enter a tier, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you unlocked the level, unless you spend more and reach the next level which then you will immediately level up. To maintain your status you will need to continue this spend for the next 12 months otherwise, you will move down to the level that correlates with your annual spend at the 12 month mark.

 

LOYALTY REWARDS

Free Shipping on all orders is available to members of Pony Club Gold and Pony Club Black VIP tiers, simply enter the free shipping code "PONYCLUBFREESHPPING" at the checkout and you will not be charged for shipping. Excludes same-day delivery options, available on standard shipping rates only. 

Birthday vouchers are gifted to Pony Club Gold and Pony Club Black members on their birthdays once a year. The customer must have entered their birthday against their loyalty account to be eligible for the birthday voucher. Fraudulent edits of birthdays to receive more than one birthday voucher will not be honoured. In order for you to receive your birthday voucher on your birthday, you must register your birthday in the Loyalty programme at least 30 days prior to your birthday. 

Anniversary vouchers are gifted to Pony Club Gold and Pony Club Black Members only. The anniversary voucher is only available if you have maintained your loyalty tier consecutively from the year prior. The voucher will be issued 30 days after the anniversary date of your loyalty tier renewal. 

All Pony Club members will have the chance to gain early access to shop new arrivals, exclusive product & promotions. Depending on your Pony Club level, early access may differ with higher levels receiving earlier access or more opportunities of early access to shop. Selected early access will be planned throughout the year and will not be offered with every launch.

Club Boxes will be available to Pony Club Gold and Pony Club Black members only, you will only be eligible to redeem your club box 30 days after entering either Pony Club Gold or Pony Club Black. You will only receive one club box during your 12-month membership, if you move from Pony Club Gold to Pony Club Black within a 12-month period you will be able to redeem both club boxes. Club boxes will be redeemable both online and in-store, to redeem your club box you must add the gift box to your cart and enter your unique code and checkout, you will be able to have shipped to you directly or sent to one of our stores to collect. Club boxes are non-transferable and cannot be returned for credit or a refund. 

Complimentary Care Kits are available to Pony Club Gold and Pony Club Black members only. When the complimentary care kit becomes available you will be notified via email. If you wish to redeem online, the gift must be redeemed with a purchase by adding the complimentary care kit “gift with purchase” to your cart. If you wish to redeem in-store, you must bring your unique email with the offer included. Care kits are non-transferable and cannot be returned for credit or a refund. 

Complimentary rejuvenation is available to Pony Club Black members only, to arrange a rejuvenation or repair service for your deadly ponies product please contact us at hello@deadlyponies.com. Rejuvenation and repair outcomes will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may not be available on all products. 

Pony Club Black members will receive a complimentary Pony Club Black membership invitation to share with one other person of their choice once during the 12-month period of their membership, this person will receive all the benefits of the membership without the points requirement. The receiver of the membership must create an account to redeem the benefits. The receiver cannot be given more than one complimentary membership within a 12-month period. Deadly ponies reserves the right to terminate the complimentary membership at any time.
