Exchanges can not be processed in a Deadly Ponies store for items that were purchased online at deadlyponies.com. If you wish to exchange your item please contact us and one of our team members will be able to assist you.
Exchanges are subject to availability and can only be exchanged for item(s) within the same collection or season as the item originally purchased. It is essential that if you would like to return or exchange your purchase that contact is made with the customer service team within or prior to the end of the 30 day period.
Any item that is purchased in-store or over the phone can be returned for an exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. Please refer to our in-store returns policy for further detail.
Any purchase made with Afterpay or Laybuy can only be exchanged for an item of the same value. We are un able to offer exchanges for items of higher or lesser value than originally purchased via these payment methods
