For your peace of mind, we offer returns and exchanges on all eligible* full-priced items purchased via deadlyponies.com within
14 days of receiving your order.

NEW ZEALAND

Free return shipping is offered and a returns label will be provided upon enquiry.

AUSTRALIA

On orders over $399 AUD we offer free exchanges or returns for a store credit. Full refunds will have the return shipping cost deducted.

REST OF WORLD

International orders over $399 USD are eligible for complimentary exchanges or returns for store credit. Refunds are also available, with return shipping costs deducted.

Any orders under this threshold can be exchanged or returned for store credit with the return shipping cost deducted. 

Deadly Ponies can assist in arranging your return shipment, for any refunds the shipping cost will be deducted. Alternatively, customers may arrange their own tracked return shipment. Deadly Ponies is not responsible for returns lost in transit. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All items returned must be in perfect and unused condition, and returned with their original packaging, including any dust bags, gift boxes, swing tags and all corresponding accessories. Proof of purchase must be provided.

Bespoke, monogrammed or customised items are unable to be returned unless deemed faulty.

Gift cards are unable to be returned or refunded.

Refunds will be processed via your original payment method. Please note, once processed, it can take up to 10 business days to be returned to your account.

Any purchase made with Afterpay can only be exchanged for an item of the same value. We are unable to offer exchanges for items of higher or lesser value than originally purchased via these payment methods.

 

ONLINE EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Exchange shipping is complimentary (one time per order) for customers in New Zealand and Australia, and over $399 USD (or equivalent in local currency) for International customers under our Easy International Returns policy. Additional exchanges will be at the customer's expense.

IN-STORE RETURNS

  • Full-priced items purchased in-store at Deadly Ponies can be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your goods.

  • All items returned must be in perfect and unused condition, and returned with their original packaging, including any dust bags, gift boxes, swing tags and all corresponding accessories. Proof of purchase must be provided.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Unauthorised returns will be sent back to the customer, at their own expense. Please note that due to the volume of orders, all sale orders will be shipped in eco packaging.

FAULTY GOODS

In the event of a faulty item, we will fulfil our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. Return shipping costs will be covered by Deadly Ponies, and the original cost of shipping refunded for any faulty item within warranty (1 year after the date of purchase).

STOCKISTS

Our Returns & Exchange policy only applies to items purchased directly from Deadly Ponies. If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased from one of our stockists, you will need to organise this directly with them, as per their terms.
