All sale items are final, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Unauthorised returns will be sent back to the customer, at their own expense. Please note that due to the volume of orders, all sale orders will be shipped in eco packaging.
CHRISTMAS EXTENDED RETURNS
Enjoy an extended returns & exchange period over the holidays. Any full priced purchases made in store or online from Monday 25th November - Tuesday 24th December are eligible to be returned or exchanged until Sunday 12th January.
ONLINE RETURNS
- For your peace of mind, we offer returns and exchanges on full-priced items purchased via deadlyponies.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- For customers within New Zealand, free return shipping is offered and a returns label will be provided upon enquiry.
- Deadly Ponies does not cover return shipping costs for International customers - these will be at the expense of the customer. We advise purchasing a tracked service for your return, as Deadly Ponies is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
- The original cost of shipping on orders will not be refunded.
- All items returned must be in perfect and unused condition, and returned with their original packaging, including any dust bags, gift boxes, swing tags and all corresponding accessories. Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Bespoke, monogrammed or customised items are unable to be returned unless deemed faulty.
- Gift cards are unable to be returned or refunded.
- Refunds will be processed via your original payment method. Please note, once processed, it can take up to 10 business days to be returned to your account.
- Any purchase made with Afterpay can only be exchanged for an item of the same value. We are unable to offer exchanges for items of higher or lesser value than originally purchased via these payment methods.

- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Exchange shipping costs are free for New Zealand and Australia, one time per single order. Additional exchanges will be at the expense of the customer.
- Exchange shipping costs for International orders are at the expense of the customer.

IN-STORE RETURNS
- Full-priced items purchased in-store at Deadly Ponies can be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your goods.

FAULTY GOODS
In the event of a faulty item, we will fulfil our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. Return shipping costs will be covered by Deadly Ponies, and the original cost of shipping refunded for any faulty item within warranty (1 year after the date of purchase).
STOCKISTS
Our Returns & Exchange policy only applies to items purchased directly from Deadly Ponies. If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased from one of our stockists, you will need to organise this directly with them, as per their terms.
