To mark this opening, we've paid homage to the Mountaineer Hotel, the original building foundation upon which our new store stands.
Designed in collaboration with London-based Graphic Designer, Paul Berges, Deadly Ponies’ new Mountaineer Blanket is a blend of wool and cashmere, created to resemble a vintage Woolmark care label, and available in colourways, Shortbread and Amethyst.
“To celebrate our new Queenstown location, we wanted to highlight Deadly Ponies’ craftsmanship and creativity through a unique project, venturing into new territory for our brand,” says Founder and Creative Director, Liam Bowden."The iconic Mountaineers Hotel, inspired us to create something that honours its rich history, and our new Mountaineer Blanket embodies that spirit."
