Pony Up
Makers Mark, Heering Cherry Liqueur, Beetroot Blackberry Syrup, Xocoatl Mole Bitters.
Earthy beetroot meets vanilla-spiced bourbon, rounded with cherry, blackberry, and mole. Bold and vibrant - a flavourful nod to the vivid pops of colour in Spring ’25.
MacLeod’s Hearth
Talisker 10yr, Pineapple, Dark Crème de Cacao, Kraken Spiced Rum, Toasted Marshmallow, Aztec Chocolate Bitters.
Toasted notes from Isle of Skye whisky and spiced dark rum meet the sweetness of rich chocolate and fresh pineapple. Finished with toasted marshmallow, its golden hue echoes the soft yellow moss that inspired our Oat colourway. Think warm campfires and crisp winter nights.
Geraldine Aperitivo
Campari, Antica Formula, Scapegrace Black, Blackberry & Balsamic Bitters, Orange Bitters, Pelorus Rosé, Soda, Parmesan Crisp.
Salt, bitter, and sweet collide in a detailed highball, a South Island take on the Italian aperitivo. Refreshing, unexpected, and layered.
The space is styled with our Mountaineer Blanket in Fern and exclusive Mountaineer Pillows, designed by Deadly Ponies and inspired by the mountainous landscape that surrounds Queenstown.
