Loyalty Terms

Pony Club Tiers

Your Pony Club tier is based on your lifetime spend with Deadly Ponies:

Pony Club: $750 NZD or more
Gold: $1,500 NZD or more
Black: $3,000 NZD or more

Customers with a lifetime spend under $750 NZD do not yet have a tier.

Loyalty Spend

Loyalty spend is your lifetime spend with Deadly Ponies, including full-price and sale purchases, shipping and taxes. Your current spend and tier can be viewed by logging in to your customer account.

Returns, refunds, partial refunds and cancelled orders are deducted from your loyalty spend and may change your tier.

Gift voucher purchases count towards the purchaser's loyalty spend only. Gift vouchers redeemed as payment do not add loyalty spend for the recipient.

Tier Eligibility

Once you reach a tier, you stay in it unless returns or refunds take your lifetime spend below that tier's threshold. Deadly Ponies reserves the right to review, adjust or remove tier status where misuse or breaches of these terms are identified.

Rewards and Benefits

Pony Club members may receive access to exclusive promotions, product launches, member-only rewards and early access throughout the year. Not all collections or launches include early access. Rewards vary between tiers and are offered at the discretion of Deadly Ponies.

Welcome Rewards

Pony Club
A welcome voucher valid on purchases of $299 NZD or more, valid for 6 months from issue.

Gold
A welcome voucher valid on purchases of $399 NZD or more, valid for 6 months from issue.

Black
An invitation to redeem an exclusive tier gift with purchases over $99 NZD, valid for 6 months from issue.

Welcome rewards are limited to one per customer per tier entry, and are non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

Birthday Rewards

Pony Club Gold and Black members receive a 15% birthday reward once a year, redeemable on full-price purchases of $299 NZD or more, online or in-store. The reward is valid for 30 days from issue.

You must have a valid birth date registered on your account before the reward is issued. Deadly Ponies reserves the right to withhold or cancel birthday rewards where fraudulent birth date changes are identified. Birthday rewards cannot be used with any other offer unless stated otherwise.

Changes

Deadly Ponies may change the Pony Club programme, its rewards and these terms at any time.
