Delivery

New Zealand
Free standard shipping on all orders.
Delivery time: 1–3 working days via NZ Post. Orders placed before 1pm generally deliver overnight.

Australia
Free standard shipping on all orders.
Delivery time: 2–3 working days via DHL Express.
Import duties: covered by Deadly Ponies.

Rest of World
Free standard shipping on all orders.
Delivery time: 3–5 working days via DHL Express.
Import duties: covered by Deadly Ponies.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance or public holidays.

Same Day Delivery

Same day delivery is available in Auckland and Wellington for an additional charge. If your postcode is eligible, this option will appear at checkout.

Orders must be placed by 12pm, Monday to Friday, to be received by 5pm. This service is not available on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed outside these times will be sent the following business day.

Click + Collect

Click + Collect is free from any Deadly Ponies store. Available locations will display at checkout according to stock availability.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection, which may take up to 24 hours. Please bring your order confirmation to show our in-store team when you collect.

International Orders

Please select your country at the bottom of our website before ordering. Orders placed with New Zealand selected cannot be delivered internationally.

Tracking, Signature and Insurance

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been collected by the courier. All orders require a signature on delivery.

Every order is insured while in transit until it is delivered to you, at which point responsibility for the order passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself, a signature by that recipient is accepted as proof of delivery, and responsibility passes to them.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at hello@deadlyponies.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
