To provide our services, we may ask for personal details such as your name, address, telephone number or email address. We only use this information for the purpose for which it was provided.

We do not sell or provide your personal information to other organisations. We may share it with service providers who help us deliver our products and services, such as couriers and payment processors.

We store personal information in paper and electronic form, and use security procedures and technology to protect it from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, disclosure or alteration. Access within Deadly Ponies is limited to those who need it. We take reasonable steps to keep the information we hold accurate.

Payment Information

Deadly Ponies does not store any payment card details. Online payments are securely processed by Shopify Payments, and in-store payments by Windcave (New Zealand) or Stripe (Australia).

Website Analytics

Like all websites, our servers record basic visitor information such as IP addresses, browser details, timestamps and referring pages, for routine administration and maintenance.

We use Google Analytics and Hotjar to improve the experience on deadlyponies.com. These tools collect information such as referring URL, country, time zone, browser, device, screen size, visit dates, and mouse and keyboard activity on pages. Content marked as sensitive, such as payment fields, is not recorded. We do not use this information to identify individual visitors.

Cookies

Where necessary, deadlyponies.com uses cookies to remember your preferences and history so we can present relevant content. You can change your browser settings to block cookies, either for all sites or for specific sites, though blocking them entirely may affect how some sites work.
