Your Pony Club tier is based on your lifetime spend with Deadly Ponies. Customers with a lifetime spend under $750 NZD do not yet have a tier.

Each $1 spent on Deadly Ponies purchases including full-price and sale purchases, shipping and taxes count towards your lifetime spend. 

A higher spend will allow you to move through the programme’s tiers, unlocking tier exclusive benefits and rewards.

Tiers are based off your lifetime spend. Every $1 spent on Deadly Ponies purchases including full-price and sale purchases, shipping and taxes counts. 

Returns, refunds, partial refunds and cancelled orders are deducted from your loyalty spend and may change your tier.

Your spend will be updated after 14 days from date of purchase to account for any returns.

Login to your loyalty account here. On your dashboard homepage, you will be able to view your tier status and lifetime spend.

This benefit is exclusive to our Club, Gold and Black tier Pony Club members upon tier entry. Look out for an email welcoming you to the next tier. Your welcome voucher or gift will be available with your next purchase and can be redeemed online or in-store, using the unique code provided. 

As rewards become available, you will be notified via email as to the reward on offer, and how to redeem it. Rewards may be codes to use at checkout, or physical gifts which will be redeemable in store or online with your next purchase.  Rewards may also include early access to events and collections, tailored to your tier.

Pony Club loyalty is based off your lifetime spend and as such, do not expire, and you will remain in your tier until you unlock the next level.

You may be moved down a tier if a refund affects your points balance.

Past orders may not be combined with another account, or transferred to another person. If you think you have have more than one account, please get in touch to have one deleted.
