Overview

References to "we", "us" or "our" throughout www.deadlyponies.com ("the Website") are to Deadly Ponies (2010) Ltd. The purchase of any products ("Products") from the Website is governed by these terms and conditions ("Conditions"), together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Legal Notice.

We may update these Conditions at any time. To place an order you must accept the Conditions in force at the time of ordering, and the current version is always available on this page.

Conditions of Sale

At the end of the ordering process, you will be asked to click "Purchase" to confirm your order. Once confirmed, it will be sent to Deadly Ponies for processing. Your order cannot be modified or cancelled except in accordance with these Conditions or New Zealand law. Confirming your order means you accept these Conditions in full. You will be sent an email with the details of your order.

Data registered by the Website will serve as proof of the transactions carried out between Deadly Ponies and its customers, including in the event of a dispute.

Orders can only be made by individuals and companies with no intention of resale. Any resale or distribution of Deadly Ponies products purchased from the Website is strictly forbidden.

Stock Availability

Products shown on the Website are subject to availability at the time of ordering. If a product you have ordered is unavailable, our Customer Service Team will contact you as soon as possible, and you can replace it with another available product or cancel your order. If you cancel, you will be refunded to your original payment method.

Deadly Ponies reserves the right to change the products presented on the Website at any time without prior notice.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Afterpay. The name that will appear on your statement is Deadly Ponies (2010) Ltd.

Pricing

The price displayed for products on the Website is the full retail price except where noted otherwise (e.g. sale pricing). Every effort is made to ensure pricing is correct, but errors can occur. If an item has been priced lower than its correct price, we will contact you for instructions before shipping, or cancel your order and notify you. Deadly Ponies reserves the right to update pricing without notice.

Deadly Ponies maintains set pricing for Australasia, whereby an item that is $199 NZD will also be $199 AUD. Pricing in all other regions is based on the current exchange rate.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Conditions or our other policies limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or the Australian Consumer Law, where these apply.
